Our recent family stay at Hotel Avet was a delightful blend of comfort and adventure. Situated at approximately 1500 meters above sea level, the location proved to be ideal for our love of hiking. The helpful staff eagerly provided us with free hiking maps, enhancing our exploration of the stunning mountains surrounding the hotel. While I am an art historian by profession, the experience of hiking and bird watching in such a picturesque setting truly resonated with my appreciation for natural beauty.The proximity to the Port del Comte Ski Resort, merely 1 km away, offered us the opportunity for some exciting winter sports. The convenience of ski equipment hire at the hotel made our ski day stress-free and enjoyable. The welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and her family made us feel right at home. For families seeking a warm and inclusive atmosphere amidst the beauty of nature, this hotel truly stands out.
